Situated in Alentejo coast, more specifically Herdade da Comporta, there is a quiet little village called Muda. With 19 hectares of land, this house is in the middle of a pine forest with nothing else around but nature, explaining the name Monte Verde (Green Hill). Just 1 hour drive from Lisbon, you can find a long lengthen (60 km) of the most wanted and almost desert beaches in Portugal. You can find all of this only 10 minutes away from this summer house.
The property offers you a beautiful view of the pine trees, has a terrace, a pool where you can have a nice cocktail and a barbecue to prepare your meals and enjoy the sunset at the end of the day.
From the terrace, you enter into an open space where you can find the living room, dining room and the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer machine, oven, 2 refrigerators and 1 freezer. Cleaning woman is included 2 hours per day, 5 days a week.
The house has 4 suites giving you a total of 12 people. Each suite has 2 single beds or 1 double bed and a bench (turns into a single bed), bathroom included in all of them (2 have bathtubs and the other 2 showers).
There are 2 more toilets, one for guests and the other in the laundry area, to serve the swimming pool.
